used only for purposes of processing your application, the assessment and processing of any other
administration relevant to Sleepy Classes.
Statistical information derived from any personal information transmitted to Sleepy Classes via this
website may be shared with third parties but will not include any personally identifiable data.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once enrolled for any course/class/material with Sleepy Classes, Sleepy Classes shall
not refund the money or transfer the money to be adjusted against any other student. However, in
some cases, the student can change the courses. Any taxes, already deducted on a students’ name, that
are irredeemable in nature, will not be considered as part of refunds. Further, Sleepy Classes will deduct
administrative charges (Minimum 25% of the total payment), and put the remaining money as retained
money. Retained money can be used only for new courses. Such cases shall be approved by Sleepy
Extra Payment Refund Policy:
In case Sleepy Classes receives extra payments for any course by any means, after receiving proofs for
such claims, Sleepy Classes will try to refund the extra charges within 15 days to 20 days. The ways may
include direct bank transfer using NEFT or any other means agreed by the student and the management
of Sleepy Classes. For any bank related formalities during payment process Sleepy Classes has no liability
to pay for any damages which resulted solely due to bank processing or payment gateway related issues
or negligence from the side of the student. Students are advised to take up such matters directly with
the bank or payment gateways and may proceed to consumer forums if not satisfied. Sleepy Classes will
try to help the students with constraints of time, work-force and other factors.
