Empowering the leaders of tomorrow! Our students had a productive day with a mock interview session organised by Sleepy Classes IAS and was led by ex-IAS Officers.

The ex-IAS Officers shared their wealth of knowledge and experience on a variety of topics related to the IAS interview process, including strategies for answering questions, building confidence, and presenting oneself in the best possible light. Their personal experiences and strategies for success were incredibly valuable for our students. They gained insight on how to effectively navigate the challenges of the interview process and how to build a strong, resilient mindset.

One of the key takeaways from the session was the importance of having a clear understanding of oneself and one’s strengths, and how that can guide the preparation for the interview process. They also emphasized the need for strong communication and knowledge of current affairs and general knowledge, as well as the importance of being adaptable and flexible in the face of unpredictable questions.

Overall, the mock interview session was an incredibly beneficial experience for our students. We are grateful to the Ex-IAS Officers for sharing their expertise with us and we are excited to see our students excel in their future interviews.
