At Sleepy Classes IAS (Sleepy Edusolutions Private Limited), we strive to provide high-quality courses to assist our students in their exam preparations. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. We’ve established the following policy to govern refunds:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Cancellation Within Stipulated Time: A refund will be considered if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the time of enrollment, subject to the terms outlined on this page below.
- Course Content-Related Issues: Refunds will be considered if the course content significantly deviates from what was promised/advertised on the website.
- Technical Issues: Refunds will be considered if substantial technical difficulties are preventing you from accessing the course material. If the course is inaccessible due to technical challenges at the student’s end, no refund will be applicable, however certain cases may be considered dependent on the final decision of our team, within 7-10 days of reporting the issue.
- Refunds In Cases of Multiple Payments: A refund would be processed only in those cases where payment has been made more than once for the same course. Refunds will be made directly to the original payment mode within 4-7 working days of the finalization of the claim. Claims must be made through email at: [email protected]
Non-Eligibility for Refund:
- Change of Mind/Do not want to prepare anymore: Refunds cannot be issued due to a change of mind regarding the preparation of the exam.
- Eligibility for the exam: In case the student finds that he/she is ineligible for the exam after subscribing to course material, a refund cannot be issued.
- Purchased by mistake: The subscription of our courses is a process involving multiple steps and takes awareness and consciousness at the student’s end to complete the transaction. Purchasing by mistake is not an eligible factor for a refund.
- Could not clear the exam: The selection of a student in an exam is dependent on many factors, mostly beyond our control. Not clearing the exam is not a valid reason for a refund, no refund can be issued in such cases.
- Not satisfied with quality: Refunds cannot be issued if the course doesn’t meet personal expectations. Numerous demo lessons/trial lessons are made available for free on our YouTube channel as well as the course portal which students can go through before subscribing.
- Refund will not be applicable in case of faculty change for any subject in the course.
- Access to Downloadable Materials: If the student has downloaded any part of the course, a refund will not be applicable.
- Personal/Financial Issues: Refund will not be applicable in case of any personal issue of a financial or non-financial nature, subject to a final decision made by our internal teams.
- Course Progress: If a student has progressed significantly within the course, or completed assessments, a refund will not be granted in any circumstances.
- Utilization of Live Sessions or Support: If the course includes live sessions, one-on-one support, or any form of personalized assistance that has been utilized by the student, a refund will be ineligible, considering the value-added services provided.
- Course available at a lesser price: We run discount offers on our courses from time to time, a product available for Rs X today may be available for Rs Y (less than X) at any future date. Refunds in such cases will be considered by our team ONLY if within 24 hours of purchase a price difference is observed, and refunds will be limited to a maximum of the difference between price paid by student & the lower price offered by us within 24 hours of purchase.
- Special/Festive Discount Offers: Courses purchased under special, festive, or other extraordinary discount offers are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever, with the sole exception of accidental multiple payments for the same course (as outlined under “Eligibility for Refunds”).
- Expired Refund Window: Refund requests made after the stipulated refund period, as mentioned in the policy, will not be considered.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
- Submission of Refund Request: To request a refund, students must submit a detailed request via email ([email protected]) outlining the reason for the refund, along with supporting evidence if applicable, or contact our team at our helpline: 1800-890-3043.
- Review Process: Each refund request will be carefully reviewed by our support team within 4-7 working days to assess the eligibility.
- Approval or Rejection: If the request meets the criteria outlined in our policy, the refund will be approved and processed within 4-7 working days using the same method of payment. If not, an explanation will be provided for the rejection through phone or email.
