Conditions Common to Both Registers
Must be a confirmed government employee with minimum 8 years of continuous
service under the Government of Punjab.
Must be under 54 years of age as on 1st November immediately preceding the date of
submission of names (i.e., 01.11.2025).
Must be a graduate of a recognised university.

Employees of Universities, Boards, Societies, PUDA, GMADA, PSPCL, PSTCL, Corporations, etc. are not
eligible.
Register A-II — Who Can Apply?
Ministerial Cadre Only
Group 'A' or Group 'B' employees of the Punjab Government who are holding ministerial appointments
not below the level of Senior Assistant.
Verify with your department that your post falls in Ministerial Cadre
Group A or B. No change in register type permitted at any stage.
Register C — Who Can Apply?
All Other Group A & B Officers
Group 'A' or Group 'B' employees of Punjab Government who are NOT covered under Register
A-I (Revenue Officers/Tehsildars/Naib Tehsildars), A-II (Ministerial), or A-III (BDPOs/DDPOs/AETCs/ETOs).
Confirm with your department that your post does not fall under any
of the excluded registers before applying.
Important: No change in the type of register (A-II or C) will be permitted at any stage.
Candidates must submit the hard copy of their online application through the Head of Department (proper
channel) — applications not routed this way will be rejected.
